2026 Convention

Join Us for Our 2026 Convention!

Many Voices, One Assembly: וקראתם דרור
November 15th-18th, 2026
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The theme of our 2026 Convention is וקראתם דרור: Many Voices, One Assembly, reflecting a core strength of our Conservative/Masorti Movement: the ability to hold difference, engage in challenging conversations, and remain in relationship as members of a united Rabbinical Assembly.

Gather with colleagues from across the globe in the historic city of Philadelphia — the birthplace of America — a particularly powerful setting as the United States marks its 250th year and our RA celebrates its 125th.

Together, we will engage in relevant, informative, and in-depth limmud, centered around some of the core conversations happening within our Movement: antisemitism, democracy, Israel & Zionism, and intermarriage. We will navigate these conversations by fostering respectful engagement and dialogue across differences and embracing these differences as opportunities to gain collective growth and wisdom, and inspire deeper joy and meaning.

Amid such tumultuous times—and the seemingly perpetual unease, conflict, and tragedy in the world we are witnessing and often feel consumed by—this convention will offer colleagues a meaningful opportunity to engage in Torah, gather in community, socialize, and refresh to strengthen our learning, relationships, and spiritual lives.

Pricing and Financial Aid:
We are grateful to the support of our sponsors that allows us to offer general registration for colleagues and family members at a price ($595 per person) approximately half of our actual cost per person. Even then, we understand that travel and registration costs can be prohibitively expensive for some to attend. Our need-based pricing structure will allow for a limited number of registrations at a further subsidized rate of $445 per person (for members only). We invite those who are able to register at the supporter rate of $745 or the fully-sponsored rate of $1195 per person to cover the actual cost of registration.

We also have a limited budget for financial assistance to further enable colleagues with differing circumstances to attend the convention. Please be in touch with Max Arad for more information.

Special Offer:
Thanks to the generosity of the Women of Our RA Fund, which supports bringing women rabbis to RA gatherings, the registration fee will be waived for eight women rabbis to attend the convention. Participants are still responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.

Women rabbis ordained before 2022 who have not attended a convention or convening in the past five years are eligible to apply. Because only eight spots are available, recipients will be selected through a random lottery of interested applicants.

If you would like to be included in the lottery, please complete this form by June 1st.

Hotel:
A block of rooms has been reserved for November 15th-18th, 2026. The special room rate of $149/night will be available until October 22nd, 2026 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first. The link to reserve your room will be available on the confirmation page and in the receipt after you register.

Cancellation:
Cancellations will be accepted and full refunds given up to October 15th, 2026. After this point, cancellations will not be refunded. Last-minute cancellations resulting from rabbinic emergencies will receive a 50% refund.
