Brit Kodesh

The Rabbinical Assembly, in cooperation with the Jewish Theological Seminary, periodically holds a course for physicians, entitled "Brit Kodesh, A Sacred Covenant: A Conference on Brit Milah."

Qualified physicians who are clinically trained and highly experienced in medical circumcision, and who are practicing Conservative Jews, can apply with the recommendation of their rabbis and theapproval of their local Rabbinical Assembly regions.

The course will be held in May 2011. For more information about the course, or to apply, click here.

This workshop deals with the adjustment to a new position, managing change and working with the other staff and lay leaders. Rabbis will leave the seminar with an action plan for their transition.
