If you're feeling isolated and lonely as you lead your organization and you seek a tight-knit community of female* CEOs/EDs, you're invited to apply for our newly forming cohort experience. This group coaching program is custom-designed to provide dedicated time and space for mutual support, sharing best practices, and accessing the latest leadership and management tools. Topics will include setting boundaries at work, overcoming imposter syndrome, creating sustainable practices for long-term life-work harmony, board relations, and others (the final program will be co-created with the participants, based on your input). The program will be facilitated by Maya Dolgin, MBA, ACC, a leadership and communications coach who specializes in supporting female executives, especially in the Jewish nonprofit sector. Minimum of 6 participants for the group to run. Limited to 8. Application deadline December 1, 2022. We will review applications and inform everyone of their status by December 19th.
