Sacha Litman, Managing Director of Measuring Success, discusses a new data-driven and vision-driven approach for synagogue decision making that drives community building and financial sustainability.
Sacha just completed a pilot project funded by UJA-Federation of New York that included 3 Conservative synagogues. The webinar will explore the project's key findings, including some commonly held assumptions that were rejected by the data. Sacha will outline his philosophy for how board and professional leadership can approach decision making using a set of tools, frameworks and data.
Rabbi Moishe Steigmann, rabbi of the Westchester Jewish Center, one of the pilot synagogues, joins the webinar to share his observations.
