Resolutions on Gender and LGBTQ

Each year the Rabbinical Assembly passes a number of resolutions on pressing matters impacting the countries and regions where we live, the State of Israel and the future of our shared world. Passing the resolutions allows the RA to take positions on inyanei d’yoma (issues of the day) in a variety of arenas including US domestic policy, and on occasion in other countries, global issues and matters affecting the State of Israel.

Below is a list of resolutions that the RA has passed since the year 2000 with regards to women, reproductive choice, gender and LGBTQ

2013: Resolution in Support of the Rights and Empowerment of Women and Girl

2012: Resolution on Reproductive Freedom in the United States

2011: Resolution in Support of Equal Rights and Inclusion for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, And Transgender (GLBT) Person

2005: Resolution on Support for Informed Access to Reproductive Car

2000: Resolution on The "Unborn Victims of Violence Act"
