Simkha Weintraub will guide the Chaplaincy & Halakha Community of Practice in a conversation based on Kass Abelson’s teshuvah on suicide rituals. This discussion will be a continuation of our theme of supporting the move from disenfranchised to recognized and ritualized grief. We will examine how the teshuvah can be a powerful tool in our pastoral work, as well as explore new responses to questions we face today.
