Starting a rabbinic search for your community? Considering a potential search over the next 2 years (for any employee)?

Or, are you “just” interested in making your environment more conducive to healthy and meaningful employment? We hope so!

The Joint Placement Commission, a partnership of USCJ and RA, is pleased to present our FIRST-EVER incentive-based Inclusive Hiring and Leadership webinar: Wednesday, November 8th, from 7-9pm ET (4-6pm PT)

Specifically for synagogues in search - but open to all - participation in this FREE 2-hour webinar is strongly recommended and willearn your community a GOLD STAR on your rabbinic search questionnaire this year (and it’s good through the 2025-2026 search year!). We encourage congregations/communities to register and attend as a group (this could be your search committee, your executive board, etc).

In this webinar, Dr. Monica Miller-Smith, Director of Research & Impact at Yardstick Management, will explore how to develop a workplace environment that invests in and supports inclusive leadership and hiring. The training will dive into several key areas: expanding upon Inclusive and Equity based knowledge, examining methodologies that will aid leaders in recognizing biases, equipping leaders with tools to modify behavior, and providing best practices to empower leaders with effective communication, accountability and tracking against best practices in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

This webinar is collectively presented by Koya Partners and Yardstick Management, both part of the Diversified Search Group. Koya Partners is a leading executive search and strategic advising firm dedicated to connecting exceptionally talented people with mission-driven clients. Yardstick Management is a management consulting firm that has an unparalleled track record of providing organizational strategy, diversity, equity, inclusion consulting and solutions, and offering leadership development to organizations across multiple industries.

If you have questions about who should attend this webinar or how we will assess participation for the GOLD STAR on your questionnaire, please contact your USCJ Synagogue Consultant. Clergy are welcome to attend along with their community.
