This program, led by Michelle Brody is an overview of the mindsets, behaviors and processes that lead to strong supervisory relationships. Topics include: how to manage performance, motivate and empower, build collaborative teams, understand your own default leadership style and its impact on others. This small cohort session will also allow for discussion and coaching.
