As rabbis, our days are often filled with leading, teaching, and serving our communities. Yet, amidst these vital responsibilities, it's possible for our own spiritual lives—including our own davening and Torah study—to feel routine, losing their initial spark of vitality and spiritual inspiration. They can even feel like burdens rather than sources of elevation.

This 6-week online course, led by our colleague Jordan Bendat-Appell, is specifically designed for rabbis seeking to reignite that spark. We'll introduce you to core principles and practices of Jewish mindfulness, offering a path to personal and professional revitalization. Through the exploration of classic and contemporary Jewish texts, we will delve into the profound wisdom that underpins this practice. You'll learn to integrate these insights, cultivating a personal mindfulness practice that can deeply enhance your connection to Jewish living and leadership.

We'll begin by building a foundation in Jewish mindfulness meditation over the first two sessions. From there, we will explore its transformative application to both Torah study and tefillah, helping you and, in turn, your constituents experience these practices with renewed freshness and meaning.
