Exhibit at the International Convention of the Rabbinical Assembly

Join over 200 rabbis for our 2026 convention in Philadelphia! Don't miss this opportunity to spend parts of four days connecting with rabbis serving communities around the world. Not only will you have a table in our exhibitor hall, but you'll also gain access to all convention meals for more opportunities for relationship building throughout the event.
Rental is for Table Top ($1200; each comes with table cover to floor, 2 chairs, ID sign and trash can). Please note that the chairs for the tabletops must fit behind the table and there is no backdrop for tabletops and nothing can be posted on the walls behind the tables. You can request an easel and put a sign behind the table or a tabletop sign but space cannot extend beyond the length and width of the table. The exhibit area will be centrally located on the main floor just outside the main meeting room and dining room. Since we have always had more demand than space for exhibitors, we will need to review all exhibitor applications.
We are excited to offer the opportunity this year to be an Exhibitor Sponsor at the $2500 level. Exhibitors who choose to participate at this level will be listed as a sponsor in our convention program guide and on our website, with a link to their website. They will also receive a free homepage ad in our convention app. Sponsorship also includes one additional participant at no extra cost (just enter their info in the text box after you select the sponsor option). We cannot honor requests for table placement. We will let you know approximately two weeks before the convention where your table is located.
In response to the feedback we received from our exhibitors over the past years, we will limit the hours the exhibits will be open and we will send you the specific hours once our program is more complete. As always, we will make every effort to increase the flow of traffic to the exhibit area. This year exhibitors will set-up in the morning on Sunday, November 15, with exhibits opening in the afternoon and exhibits will close on Wednesday, November 18 at 12 pm.
After you have registered, you will need to make specific arrangements with the hotel. Please note that all drayage and requests for additional equipment such as lighting, phone connection, etc. will go through the hotel and will incur an extra charge.
You will also be able to book a room in our group block. The link will be provided in the receipt, after you register.
We take no responsibility for the merchandise of individual vendors. Please make sure your items are adequately insured. Overnight security will be provided to oversee the exhibit area.
Please fill out the online registration form below. You will be able to pay for registration and ads at this time; however, we do reserve the right to refuse any registrations. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a refund only if we are able to fill the vacated spot. We are also excited to announce that all meals are included with your registration this year.
