Join Jacob Blumenthal (RA CEO) and Ted Deutch (AJC CEO) for a candid, member-only conversation about the political landscape we may be waking up to on November 4. As colleagues confront continuing questions from their communities about Jewish safety, rising anti-Zionist rhetoric, and a growing sense of political homelessness, we’ll consider the difficult questions of when and how rabbis speak out about elected officials—and the strategic and communal implications of choosing to do so, or not. We’ll also look ahead to what comes next: how we engage with elected leaders whose positions on Israel may feel threatening to some members of our communities.
