In times of relentless demands, emotional upheaval, and compassion fatigue, finding moments of renewal is essential. This interactive one-hour workshop explores how poetry and creative writing can serve as accessible tools for grounding, reflection, and emotional well-being. Participants will experience practical poetry therapy techniques that foster resilience, reduce stress, and reconnect them with purpose—both in their rabbinic work and in their personal lives. No writing experience is necessary; only a willingness to engage with the healing power of language and creativity.
