Monday, August 17; 12:00 pm ET / 9:00 am PT / 7:00 pm Israel
With less than a month to go before Rosh Hashanah, this High Holiday sermon writing workshop is designed to help you write (and perhaps more importantly get on the path to finish) powerful and meaningful drashot for this year.
Bring your drashot in whatever form they're in, and your stickiest challenges, uncertainties, stuck places, procrastination, and perfectionism. The workshop will use guided exercises, sharing, and direct coaching to help you get past wherever you feel stuck or uncertain, create structure and accountability for yourself, and make some writing progress immediately in order to give you some momentum coming into the home stretch.
Jon Argaman is known to colleagues as “the sermon whisperer” and he will help you and your writing process. This is a 2-hour workshop on zoom - please be prepared to stay for the entire time. Space is limited in order to provide direct support and coaching.
