Threshold moments, like the beginning of a new year, can be fraught with anxiety and uncertainty. The risk is either to jump in too quickly or to hang back too much. In this standalone session, led by leadership coach and consultant Jake Morrill, participants are invited to reflect on the new beginning they are facing, considered through the lens of family systems theory. Attendees will leave the session having drafted their own strategy, with some key guiding principles, for how they will begin the upcoming year— not with a splash or a jolt, but slow, solid, and savvy.
