This workshop, which will take place at the office of the RA, will help you:
- Adjust to a new spiritual leader
- Manage the psychological dilemmas
- Learn tools to work with your new rabbi
You a will learn the common language of transition that is used by business, nonprofit lay leadership, and the Placement office. You will leave the seminar with an action plan for your transition.
This will be our 20th year doing this seminar. We have had over 500 successful lay leaders participate through the years. Participants have been pleased that the practical skills they've learned have made their lives easier.
Transition does not have to happen alone.
